All purchases or sales on a major credit card are final with the exception of our return and refund policy; order cancellation policy; refusals and cancellations; shipping and limited warranty.

Ames Research Laboratories, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice.
Product prices offered on this Site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets.
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.
While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. Ames Research Laboratories, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).
Free shipping is only good on purchases of $300 or more. This offer is good on regular priced items shipped within the continental U.S.A. If your delivery address is in a remote location with an unpaved access road: We will deliver to the nearest freight terminal for will-call. Limited access locations may incur additional charges.
Return and Refund Policy
Undamaged, unopened, non-defective items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom colors may not be returned. There will be a 25% restocking fee charged for return or exchange, plus all in and out freight costs. Please retain all original packing materials to return the purchase. Please call Customer Service for an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number and to make return shipping arrangements. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We guarantee that products shall be delivered in reasonably good condition. No returns or refunds on custom colors. In transactions involving free shipping the customer is responsible for paying the outbound and return shipping.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
If a delivery is refused, the customer will be charged for the inbound and return freight, plus a 33% restocking fee. Returns without authorization number will receive no credit.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by phone at (888) 345-0809. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to cancel the order. If the order has been shipped, you will have to return the merchandise at cost and the 33% restocking fees may also apply.
Please contact our Customer Service Department and we will schedule a carrier driver follow up. All damage claims will be filed by the manufacturer with the carrier. Please keep the original box and packaging material, as this will be needed to file a damage claim with the carrier. A replacement will be shipped once the damage claim is filed and we have a response from the carrier.
