Terms
Order on-line using a major credit card such as Visa, Master Card, American
Express and Discover. We also accept Purchase Orders from Government Agencies,
Accredited Educational Institutions, and qualifying companies.
If you are ordering from APO addresses or International
addresses shipping prices may vary; we will contact you after
you complete your order.
Shipping
Methods and Timing of Delivery
Product ships same day. Custom tint or special orders may
take additional time. The products shown on this website are
shipped direct from the manufacturer. Once shipped, delivery
time will vary depending upon destination. All of the items
on our website are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
Large orders may ship by common carrier.
Return and Refund Policy
Undamaged, unopened, non-defective items can be returned within
30 days of delivery. Custom colors may not be returned. There
will be a 33% restocking fee charged for return or exchange,
plus all in and out freight costs. A 50% restocking fee for
any order greater than $1,000.00. Please retain all original
packing materials to return the purchase. Please call Customer
Service for an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number
and to make return shipping arrangements. No returns will
be accepted after 30 days. We guarantee that products shall
be delivered in reasonably good condition.
Refusals
If a delivery is refused, the customer will be charged for
the inbound and return freight, plus a 33% restocking fee.
Returns without authorization number will receive no credit.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by phone
at (888) 345-0809. Please note that your order may begin processing
immediately after you place your order, and it may not be
possible to cancel the order. If the order has been shipped,
you will have to return the merchandise at cost and the 33%
restocking fees may also apply.
Damages
Please contact our Customer Service Department and we will schedule a carrier
driver follow up. All damage claims will be filed by the manufacturer with
the carrier. Please keep the original box and packaging material, as this
will be needed to file a damage claim with the carrier. A replacement will
be shipped once the damage claim is filed and we have a response from the
carrier.
Privacy
Ames Research Laboratories, Inc. respects the privacy of its customers. Information
provided to Ames Research Laboratories, Inc. is considered confidential customer
information and is not sold or otherwise shared with any outside companies
or mailing lists.
We reserve the right to modify this policy and item prices at our discretion
and without notice.

directly to the customer, but rather provide a means to reenter
changes to the information on record.
